Registration

The conference is free of charge, but advance registration is compulsory for all delegates. Conference participation includes

  • conference program and materials
  • coffee/tea during breaks
  • Reception on Thursday evening

The registration deadline is 15 September 2006.

Complete the form carefully confirming your participation in all conference events. Send the form to the conference office by pressing the send registration form -button at the end of the form. You will receive an automatic email message as soon as your registration form has been received and processed. If you do not receive a message confirming receipt, please contact the conference office. Please note that due to summer vacation registrations sent during July will be confirmed after 31 July.

Hotel Accommodation
Accommodation for the conference delegates is reserved at three different hotels all located at the city centre. Please make your hotel booking using the on-line registration form and note that all reservations, possible changes to the reservations and cancellations are handled through the conference office, not directly to the hotel you have chosen. Your reservation will be confirmed together with your conference registration. Reservations are made on a first come-first served basis.

All hotel fees are payable directly to the hotel (no deposit needed). The hotels accept all major credit cards. Please inform in advance if you arrive at the hotel after 18.00 – without advance information about late arrival the hotel has the right to sell the room to some one else.
